"I can not express how thankful I am for Alexus. I had insurance for years through another insurance company. Anytime I needed to add or ask a question I dreaded calling them. It would take forever to get answers or add something. I was referred by my brother to call her. I kept pushing it off. I didnt want the headache. I Finally made the call. "I have insured all of my vehicles with State Farm for nearly 30 years and all of my homes for more than 10 years. Unfortunately, when my previous agent retired, I was reassigned to Jason Barnes. Since then, my customer service experience has been extremely disappointing.
I have never been able to speak directly with my agent, as he is consistently unavailable and does not return calls. Additionally, the staff in the office are not equipped to answer my questions, take accurate messages, or provide timely follow-ups.
To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will be switching to Allstate this week—and, regrettably, it appears that no one in that office is concerned about losing a long-standing client."
