"I have insured all of my vehicles with State Farm for nearly 30 years and all of my homes for more than 10 years. Unfortunately, when my previous agent retired, I was reassigned to Jason Barnes. Since then, my customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. I have never been able to speak directly with my agent, as he is consistently unavailable and does not return calls. Additionally, the staff in the office are not equipped to answer my questions, take accurate messages, or provide timely follow-ups. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will be switching to Allstate this week—and, regrettably, it appears that no one in that office is concerned about losing a long-standing client."

"My insurance been changing every month when you call can’t get an correct answer from agent they act like they not sure I like state farm but not this office! Car and home I have screen shots of my bill the last three months. Look how the bill is different smh!"

"I’ve had a terrible experience working with Jason’s office. First, I was over billed by thousands on an insurance policy. Then when they finally went to process a refund, they sent the check to the wrong address. We had asked Multiple times to update our address in their system. Now here we are months later, and I still don’t receive my refund."

"I just insured my vehicle with this agency. Alexus was awesome! She's professional, she took the time to thoroughly go over every detail with me, Alexus listened to my concerns and she made sure I received the best rate.
