"Alexus was incredible. When you look for insurance, it can be almost as stressful as a vehicle purchase. We work so hard to be able to afford a decent life style, and it's important to be able to feel comfortable, taken care of, and know that the person assisting you is understanding. I am so happy she was able to help me, she made it such a smooth, informational, and direct process. No hidden secrets, no fuss, and you can be at ease knowing you're working with a world class human. Far too many times at other places I feel like I'm working with a robot even though they are people, yet, are reading from a script. Not here, all superb customer service and very friendly. She's professional, she took the time to thoroughly go over every detail with me, Alexus listened to my concerns and she made sure I received the best rate. "I came shopping at State Farm because my policy at Allstate that I have had for over 15 years was way way too high, I spoke with Jason and Diyante and they were fantastic, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful, and most of all they saved me over $1,000 dollars. So everyone lesson learned, shop around for your insurance needs, don’t think your long time agent is giving you the best deal possible, probably not happening. Shop with Jason and Diyante"
